JOB TITLE: FACULTY MARKETING COORDINATOR

SALARY & HOURS: £34,186 35 HOURS

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving impactful marketing in an academic environment? We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative Faculty Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team, working with the Faculty of Business, Humanities and Social Sciences.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to act as the key link between our central Marketing department and one of our most diverse faculties. As Faculty Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Faculty Marketing Manager and be embedded within both the faculty and marketing team, allowing you to truly understand and align marketing initiatives with academic priorities.

You will help shape and deliver faculty-level marketing plans, staying on top of course development, curriculum changes, and key academic insights. By building trusted relationships with Deans, Heads of School, academics and professional staff, you’ll ensure that the faculty’s voice is effectively represented and integrated into broader marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with the Faculty Marketing Manager to plan, implement and report on faculty-specific marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Faculty, including Deans, Heads of School, and academic staff.
• Coordinate with various teams within the Marketing department to service faculty needs and deliver on strategic priorities.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact point for the faculty, managing requests and aligning them with departmental capabilities and timelines.
• Co-locate between the Faculty and the central Marketing team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
